Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced round
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender and salt them to taste.
    Drain.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Let set overnight.
    Refrigerate.
