Sweet And Sour Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs or wheat germ
    1/4 c. brewer's yeast (optional)
    1 beaten egg
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. powdered garlic
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 can pineapple chunks (2 c.)
    1/3 c. vinegar
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. water
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    4 tomatoes, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients. Form into walnut size balls and brown in the butter in a large, heavy skillet. When they are good and brown, add the next 5 ingredients and heat.
    Combine the cornstarch and water. Blend with the mixture in the skillet, tipping the pan to mix evenly. Cook until thickened.
