Espresso Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    9 sq. sweet chocolate (half a 4 oz. pkg.)
    1 (3-inch) piece stick cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. instant Espresso
    1/2 c. cream for whipping
    ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine water, chocolate, cinnamon stick and sugar in saucepan.
    Heat slowly, stirring constantly until chocolate melts. Stir in coffee until dissolved.
    Discard cinnamon stick.
