Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. uncooked rice
1 fryer, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1 chopped onion
2 cans water
1 chicken bouillon cube
Preparation

Place rice in deep casserole dish. Place chicken over rice. Saute onion in melted butter. Pour over chicken. Mix soups, water and bouillon cube and pour over chicken. Bake at 375\u00b0 until chicken is done.
