Lollipops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2/3 c. light corn syrup
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. oil of flavoring
5 drops coloring
Preparation

Combine sugar, corn syrup and water.
Place over heat; stir until sugar dissolves.
Cook without stirring to hard crack stage (300\u00b0).
Add flavoring and coloring.
Cool slightly.
Lay 24 skewers or popsicle sticks, 4 inches apart, on greased cookie sheet.
Drop syrup from tip of teaspoon over stick to form 2-inch disc.
