Scarborough Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (bone in)
    seasoned bread crumbs
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. dry sherry
Preparation
    Dredge chicken in bread crumbs and place in 13 x 9-inch greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with herbs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Combine soup, broth and sherry.
    Stir well and pour over chicken.
    Bake 30 minutes longer.
    Serve over hot rice.
