Browned Paprika Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled
    1 Tbsp. bacon drippings or margarine
    1/4 c. fine corn flake crumbs
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 to 2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for about 15 to 20 minutes; drain well.
    Brush with bacon drippings or margarine. Combine corn flake crumbs, paprika and salt.
    Roll potatoes in mixture until well coated.
    Bake in a greased shallow baking pan at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until done.
    Yields 6 servings.
