Blueberry (No Bake) Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. blueberries
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 pie shell
Preparation

Mix ingredients and cook over medium heat until mixture thickens; stir often.
When mixture is thickened, add 3 cups blueberries and pour into a baked pie shell which has been lined with 4 ounces of softened cream cheese.
Serve with fresh whipped cream.
Serves 6.
