Salmon Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar salmon, drained
    1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese (8 oz. size)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 tsp. grated onions
Preparation
    Mix at room temperature.
    Refrigerate, then roll into a ball. Dip in chopped nuts, parsley or chopped chives.
    Serve on your favorite bread or crackers.
