Japanese Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. milk
3 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
1 c. sieved blackberry jam or jelly
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger or cinnamon
Preparation

Make as any cake.
Lightly flour raisins before adding.
