Yummy Lemon Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. crushed cookie crumbs
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 can (397 gr.) sweetened condensed milk, cold
    juice of 2 lemons
    rind of 1 of above lemons
    1 or 1 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix the crumbs and margarine.
    Press 3/4 into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Whip condensed milk and lemon juice and rind until thick. Put on crust.
    Add the vanilla and sugar to the whipped cream.
    Put the whipped cream on top of lemon mixture, then remaining 1/4 of the crumbs on top of the whipped cream.
    (Can add canned pineapple, drained, to lemon mix and decorate with maraschino cherries on top.)
