Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1 c. diced celery
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
    1/3 c. slivered almonds
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tsp. finely minced onion
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. crushed potato chips
    salt to taste
    sliced olives (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all together, except grated cheese and potato chips.
    Put in large shallow pan.
    Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until potato chips brown.
    (I sometimes also put in sliced olives.)
