Ground Cherry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 c. ground cherries
    1 Tbsp. ReaLemon
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1/2 c. clear-jell
    1 qt. water
Preparation
    Combine ground cherries, ReaLemon, brown sugar and salt.
    Add 1 quart water to cover.
    Bring to boil; thicken with clear-jell. Turn heat down; boil for 2 minutes.
    Take off stove.
    Add the butter or oleo.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell, then put crust on top.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until golden brown.
