Zuppa Inglese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Sara Lee pound cake
    rum
    vanilla instant pudding
    raspberry jam
    lite Cool Whip
    chocolate shavings
Preparation
    Butter a loaf pan.
    Slice pound cake horizontally into 3 layers.
    Place 1 layer in pan.
    Sprinkle with rum.
    Spread cake with jam.
    Add a layer of pudding, another layer of cake, sprinkle with rum and spread jam.
    Add pudding.
    Add last layer of cake; sprinkle with lots of rum.
    Refrigerate.
    Make up to 3 days in advance to let flavor meld.
    Turn pan upside down and remove cake. Cover with Cool Whip and chocolate shavings.
    Chill well before serving.
