Pina Colada Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained (packed in its own juice)
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) plain yogurt
1 to 2 packets NutraSweet or Sweet 'N Low (optional)
Preparation

Blend all ingredients together in a blender until frothy. Yields 6 (1/2 cup each) servings; 42 calories per 1/2 cup serving.
