Tortilla Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, diced
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. mild taco sauce
    1/8 tsp. salt
    salad oil
    4 (6-inch) flour tortillas
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 small red pepper
    1 small green pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation
    In 2-quart saucepan over high heat, cook ground beef and onions until brown, stirring frequently.
    Stir in chili powder; cook 1 minute.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes to blend flavors.
