Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box pasta shells, cooked and drained
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    2 c. cottage cheese
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Spread 1 cup sauce in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix remaining sauce, spinach, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, onion, parsley, mushrooms and oregano. Stuff shells with mixture and place upside down in sauce. Sprinkle top of stuffed shells with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
