Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 potatoes, diced
    1/2 lb. ground sausage
    2 onions, chopped
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 c. milk
    2 cans creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until soft (about 10 minutes).
    Cook sausage and remove from skillet.
    Saute onions in sausage grease; add basil and oregano when onions are almost done.
    Drain water from potatoes, reserving 1 cup.
    Put potatoes and 1 cup potato liquid into soup pot.
    Add sausage, onions, milk and corn to pot.
    Cook until hot; do not boil.
