Chicken, Broccoli And Ziti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bunch broccoli
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into half-inch pieces
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 to 6 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lb. medium ziti, cooked al dente
    8 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 to 1 c. Parmesan cheese
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Trim broccoli into florets.
    Peel stalks and slice a quarter inch thick.
    Steam just until crisp, about five minutes.
    Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
    Saute chicken in olive oil, soy sauce and minced garlic over medium heat, being careful not to burn garlic.
    Melt butter in a large pot.
    Add the cooked broccoli, the chicken mixture and the cooked ziti.
    Cover and cook 10 minutes over low heat, stirring often.
    Mix in cheese and pepper.
    Makes 6 to 8 portions.
    Best when made a day ahead and reheated.
