Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can chicken noodle soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. wild rice
    1 can mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef, celery, onion and salt.
    Drain fat.
    Add rest of ingredients and place in large casserole dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir occasionally and add more water, if needed.
    Serve over chow mein noodles with soy sauce.
