Scallopini Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef or veal, ground
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Combine meat and crumbs, egg and milk.
    Shape into six patties.
    Coat lightly with 1/4 cup flour.
    Brown in hot oil. Drain.
    Combine tomato sauce, undrained mushrooms, wine, parsley and oregano.
    Pour over meat.
    Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes. Serve over hot noodles.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
