Mexican Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. regular pork sausage
1 lb. hot pork sausage
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
7 c. tomatoes (or 2 lb.)
4 c. sour cream
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. chili powder
16 oz. elbow macaroni (uncooked)
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown sausage, onions and green peppers. Drain off excess fat.
Stir in tomatoes, sour cream, chili powder, sugar and salt.
Add uncooked macaroni.
Cover and simmer about 30 minutes, stirring frequently to avoid sticking until tender.
