Hot Sausage And Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 lb. sharp cheese, shredded
    3 c. Bisquick
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook sausage, crumbling with a fork, until no longer pink. Drain and cool.
    Add cheese, Bisquick and water.
    Mix with fork just until blended.
    Roll into 1-inch balls; place on a large cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until well puffed and browned.
    Makes about 50.
