Venison Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    venison, cubed steaks
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 cup sweet milk
    1 tsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix last 4 ingredients together and dip steak slices.
    Cover both sides, then roll into flour and fry until a golden brown. this is good to fry to nearly done and simmer in the milk gravy recipe below.
