Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    7 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary or poultry seasoning
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 c. chicken broth
    3 c. cubed chicken or turkey
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked and drained
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Use a double pie crust to fit a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    In saucepan, melt butter or margarine.
    Add onion; cook until tender.
    Stir in flour, salt, rosemary or poultry seasoning and pepper.
    Add broth; stir to mix well.
    Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in cubed chicken, vegetables and pimento; heat until bubbly.
    Pour mixture into pan on top of bottom crust.
    Cover with top crust; cut holes for steam release.
    Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
