Chili Con Caso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can tomatoes, minced
    1 (2 lb.) loaf Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, minced
    2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add tomatoes.
    Thicken with cornstarch.
    Melt in cheese.
    Add peppers to taste.
    Serve warm with corn chips.
