Lucy'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 1/2 c. liquid cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (6 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Cool and remove from pan.
    Frost with pineapple frosting.
