Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fresh shrimp
    2 cans crushed pineapple
    2 apples
    1 stalk celery
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed walnuts
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Bring water to boil.
    Meanwhile remove shrimp scales and remove veins.
    Drop
    in
    boiling water for 3 minutes and drain. Strain juice from crushed pineapple.
    Peel and core apples, cut into small pieces.
    Dice
    onion
    and
    celery.
    After shrimp has cooled, mix
    all ingredients together.
    Drain remaining juices. Mix in
    walnuts.
    Chill.
    Add mayonnaise before serving.
    Serve on bed of lettuce.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
