Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium green bell peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
    butter
Preparation
    Wash peppers, remove seeds and membranes.
    Put into boiling water and set aside for 10 to 15 minutes; drain.
    Cook ground beef in skillet; drain excess fat.
    Add 3/4 to 1 can of mushroom soup, undiluted.
    Add crushed potato chips.
    Mixture should be of a soft consistency.
    If too dry, add more soup.
