Custard Poi Mochi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    4 c. mochi flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 lb. poi
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
