Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken, cut up
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. celery, chopped
    4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    3/4 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    2 pieces pimento, cut fine
    1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
    2/3 c. toasted almonds, chopped fine
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix in large bowl the chicken, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, celery, eggs, chicken soup, onion and pimento.
    Put in a 13 x 9-inch greased pan.
    Top with potato chips, almonds and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until the cheese starts to brown and bubble.
    Serves 12.
