Crock-Pot Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
3 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. macaroni, cooked and drained
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Crumble beef into crock-pot (no need to brown).
Add seasonings and soup mix.
Stir in water, tomato sauce and soy sauce; add carrots and celery.
Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
Turn to high.
Add macaroni and cheese.
Cover and cook on high 10 to 15 minutes.
Serves six.
This makes a whole meal with salad and bread.
