Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. cornmeal
    8 oz. can salmon, undrained
Preparation
    Mix ingredients thoroughly and drop from teaspoon into hot fat to fry.
    Watch closely and turn to brown other side.
    Fry about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
    Yields 8 to 12 croquettes.
