Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    5 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 to 1 c. brown sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. butter or butter flavor
    3 egg whites
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, salt, eggs and milk; cook over medium heat until thick.
    Add butter and cool.
