Hot Tuna Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. American cheese, grated
3 hard-cooked eggs
2 Tbsp. pickle relish
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion (I add more)
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. chopped, stuffed or other olives

6 hamburger buns
Preparation

Combine cheese, eggs, relish, tuna, green peppers, onions, mayonnaise and chopped olives.
Mix well.
Butter hamburger buns, then fill each bun with 1/6 of tuna mixture.
Wrap filled buns in aluminum foil.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and buns are nicely warm and slightly crisp.
Serve with fresh steamed vegetables.
Makes 6 servings.
