Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. cornmeal
1/3 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
Preparation

Mix together dry ingredients.
Add milk, egg and shortening. Bake in greased pan at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
