Yeast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Bake in muffin tins at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Yields 24 large muffins.
