No-Fat Added Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg white or 2 Tbsp. egg substitute
    1 3/4 c. low-fat buttermilk
    1 (11 oz.) can \"summer crisp\" canned corn, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Place ovenproof pan in oven to heat. Combine ingredients in order above.
    Blend well.
    Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    Pour batter in pan.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
