Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pastry for 2-crust pie
    5 c. sliced, fresh peaches (about 9 medium)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Prepare pastry.
    Mix peaches and lemon juice.
    Stir together the sugar, flour and cinnamon; mix with peaches.
    Turn into pastry-lined pan.
    Dot with margarine.
    Cover with top crust which has slits cut in it.
    Seal and flute. Cover edge with strips of foil to prevent excessive browning. Remove foil last 15 minutes of baking.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through slits in crust.
