Light 'N Crisp Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. oil
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat waffle maker.
    Mix all but egg whites in a large bowl.
    Beat on low until moistened.
    Increase to medium, and mix until smooth.
    By hand, gently fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour 1/2 c. batter over grids.
    Close waffle maker.
    Bake until golden, 2-1/2 to 3 minutes.
    Repeat.
