Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. large mushrooms
olive oil
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Clean mushrooms by wiping with a damp paper towel.
Remove stems and save.
Place about 2 tablespoons of the olive oil in shallow baking dish.
Place mushrooms, hollow side up, in dish. Drizzle a bit of olive oil in each cap.
