Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 cans pinto or kidney beans
    1 (16 oz.) jar mild taco sauce
    1 (16 oz.) jar medium or hot taco sauce
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese (approximately)
    1 pkg. taco shells or taco chips
Preparation
    Brown meat and mix with taco seasoning as directed on package. Add beans and both jars of taco sauce.
    Bring to a boil.
    Lower heat and simmer about 30 minutes or longer.
