Shrimp Louisianne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 onions, finely chopped
    2 stalks celery, finely chopped
    2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
Preparation
    Melt margarine in heavy skillet.
    Saute vegetables.
    Add raw, peeled shrimp and saute a few minutes longer.
    Stir in flour, salt and chili powder.
    Add milk gradually and cook 5 minutes over low heat.
    Add catsup and parsley.
    Cook, covered, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve over rice with green salad and French bread.
    Serves 4 to 6.
