Sweet Potato Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 baking size potatoes
1 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 grated whole nutmeg
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Peel potatoes and cut into thin small pieces.
Place in a deep dish.
Combine sugar and flour.
Add to sweet potatoes along with water, salt and nutmeg.
Cut butter in pieces and lay over ingredients.
Cover with favorite pastry.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until crust is brown.
