Sweet Sour Chicken(Gets Raves Everytime) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
    1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
    2 green peppers, cut into large pieces
Preparation
    Lightly brown chicken breasts and place into casserole dish. Mix dressing, preserves and onion soup mix together and pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 370\u00b0.
    Add pineapple chunks and green pepper.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes longer.
    Serve over pasta.
