Jan'S Marinated Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tomatoes, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. sliced green onions and tops
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Sprinkle
    onions,
    parsley
    and
    garlic
    over tomatoes. Make dressing
    of the 5 remaining ingredients.
    Shake well and pour over
    tomatoes.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight, spooning dressing over tomatoes several times.
