Fudgy Brownies(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels (optional)
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
    Add to sugar mixture, stirring well.
    Stir in chocolate morsels (optional). Spoon batter into a 9 x 9-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 16 servings.
    Contains 5 gm of fat per serving when morsels are used.
