Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 boxes cream cheese, at room temperature
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg

Preparation

Blend all together on medium-high speed for about 10 to 15 minutes to make smooth.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until brown.
