Ina'S Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. onion juice
    1 tsp. sugar
    red pepper
    pimento
Preparation
    Grate sharp cheese; let stand with cream cheese until soft. Add all ingredients; mix well.
    Shape with plastic wrap.
    Roll in grated pecans.
    Refrigerate.
