7-Up Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 c. 7-UP
1/2 c. shortening
5 eggs
3 c. flour
Preparation

Cream oleo and shortening with sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add lemon extract.
Add flour and 7-UP alternately, beating after each addition.
Bake in a greased 10-inch tube pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hour or until cake tests done.
